This booking gives you access to a 1-hour consultation with SMC to design a tailor-made training solution focused on manicure and pedicure fundamentals.
This is not a ready-made course being purchased “as is.” The consultation is used to discuss your goals, current experience, and preferred learning format so SMC can create the most suitable course structure for your needs—whether you’re learning for personal development, professional work, or salon/team training.
What you can cover in the consultation
Depending on what you want to achieve, SMC may explore topics such as:
your current level (beginner, intermediate, professional)
the fundamentals you want included (and excluded)
nail and skin basics, common conditions, and product understanding
tool and product selection (files, buffers, gels, polish types, removers, etc.)
shaping, cuticle care concepts, and finishing standards
client consultation basics and how to recommend suitable services
safety awareness and responsible handling of products
Scope note
This consultation defines the content and structure of your bespoke course. If you require practical, step-by-step execution training, models, assessments, or in-person practice components, those can be discussed and included in SMC’s proposal if appropriate.
Delivery options
The consultation is held digitally by default via a conference call. In-person consultations may be possible depending on location and availability, and may involve additional costs—these details will be discussed directly with SMC.
What happens after the consultation
After your consultation, SMC will prepare a detailed proposal/contractual offer that outlines the recommended training solution, including:
course content and learning objectives
delivery format (online or face-to-face)
structure, duration, and scheduling options
pricing and any optional add-ons

In this meeting clients may describe specifically the type of course they need ( the subjects that they want the course to cover, the hours and the days when the course takes place, the choice they prefer between either in person or digital course, etc. ) , based on the information provided by the client SMC will prepare & provide a tailored solution or contractual offer.
After the consultation, within 24-72 hours from the moment that the consultation has ended, SMC will provide the client a written contract detailing the offer for the course.
