This policy applies to the purchase of consultation services booked and paid for through this website ( https://www.beautybysmc.eu ). The Consultation is a paid meeting (digital or in person) during which SMC gathers your needs and discusses your objectives. Any course, training program, proposal, or contractual offer is prepared only after the Consultation and is not sold as a ready-made product on this website.

1) Scope

This policy covers:

  • Consultation bookings (digital and/or in-person where applicable)

This policy does not cover:

  • Any future proposal/contractual offer that may be issued after the Consultation (that document will contain its own terms, scope, legal notices, and conditions if you decide to proceed).

2) Consumer right of withdrawal (EU / Belgium)

If you are purchasing as a consumer (B2C), you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

For service contracts, the withdrawal period typically starts on the day the contract is concluded (the day you book/pay for the Consultation).

If we fail to provide the legally required information about your withdrawal right, the withdrawal period may be extended (as provided by applicable consumer law).

3) How to exercise your withdrawal right

4) Effects of withdrawal (refund timing)

If you withdraw in time, we will reimburse payments received for the Consultation without undue delay and typically no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

5) Consultations scheduled within the 14-day withdrawal period

If you request that the Consultation takes place before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, additional legal rules apply:

  • If the Consultation has been fully delivered, you may lose your right of withdrawal, provided that you:

    1. expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period, and

    2. acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

  • If you withdraw after the Consultation has started but before it is fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportional amount for the service already provided.

Important: To avoid misunderstandings, we may require you to confirm these points (e.g., via checkbox at checkout or written confirmation) when your Consultation is booked within the 14-day period.

6) Cancellation & rescheduling (separate from statutory withdrawal)

This section applies to appointment changes and practical scheduling. It does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights where they apply.

  • Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule once, free of charge, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time (subject to availability).

  • Late cancellations / no-shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive excessively late, or do not attend, the Consultation fee may be retained to cover reserved time and preparation.

7) No guarantee of outcomes

Because outcomes depend on your objectives, constraints, and decisions, we cannot guarantee specific results. Any next steps (including a tailored proposal/contractual offer) are provided after the Consultation and may be subject to separate terms if you proceed.
