During the session, SMC will gather the information needed to design your course by asking targeted questions such as:
the level you want the training to be pitched at (beginner, intermediate, or professional)
which techniques you want included (and which you don’t)
your goals, preferred learning style, and any specific areas you want to focus on
This ensures the final course is built around your needs and delivers the most relevant, practical training for you.
This booking is for a 1-hour consultation with SMC, designed to help you define and plan a tailor-made training solution that fits your exact needs in hair colour and dye work.
Instead of purchasing a ready-made course, you’ll use this session to speak directly with SMC about what you want to learn, why you need it, and how you want the training to be delivered. The goal is to gather the right details so SMC can design the most suitable course structure for you — whether you’re starting from scratch or refining professional technique and knowledge.
During the consultation, SMC will ask targeted questions to understand things like:
your current level (beginner, intermediate, professional)
the specific topics you want included (and excluded)
whether your focus is theory, product knowledge, technique, correction work, safety awareness, or a mix
who the training is for (individual, salon team, group)
preferred format (online or in person), time constraints, learning goals, etc.
After the consultation, SMC will prepare a detailed proposal/contractual offer that clearly outlines:
the recommended training solution and course content
how it will be delivered (online or face-to-face)

pricing and scheduling options,etc

In such consultations clients gain access to a 1-hour digital conference meeting with SMC. In this meeting clients may describe specifically the type of course they need ( the subjects that they want the course to cover, the hours and the days when the course takes place, the choice they prefer between either in person or digital course, etc. ) , based on the information provided by the client SMC will prepare & provide a tailored solution or contractual offer.
After the consultation, within 24-72 hours from the moment that the consultation has ended, SMC will provide the client a written contract detailing the offer for the course.
