SMC offers professional mobile hair care packages designed for seniors who desire professional hair care services delivered directly in a familiar, comfortable environment.

Instead of booking single appointments one by one, the facility (or organizer) can book SMC for an on-site service day.
SMC comes equipped and provides hair & grooming services throughout the day for residents who are scheduled in advance.
What services can be included?
Depending on the residents needs and the facility’s preferences, services may include:
general hair-dressing, hair-cutting, and hair-styling for everyday comfort
simple hair refresh services and neat finishing
hair assessments and recommendations suited to each person’s hair type and routine
support for residents who may need extra patience, breaks, or a slower pace
specialized dye ( hair color ) applications, or other specialized services may need to be disclosed in advance but are available
contact SMC, provide all details, and SMC will prepare a tailor made solution that includes all the services required
(more complex hair cuts, blow-dry styling, beard grooming, hair dye etc., are all available)
How booking works?
Planning call: The organizer pays for a consultation with SMC in order to discuss relevant details such as : location, number of residents, desired services, their complexity, preferred schedule, etc.
- Within 24-72 hours SMC will provide the organizer with a detailed contractual proposal solution tailored for the needs discovered in the consultation.
Schedule setup: a time plan is created (resident list + approximate time slots).
Service day: SMC arrives and works through the schedule, keeping the process calm, professional, and efficient.
Wrap-up: the organizer receives a clear overview of what was delivered and any notes (if requested).

Pricing & Travel Note
After the consultation SMC will prepare and send a contractual offer outlining all relevant aspects of the project. In that contractual offer SMC will provide pricing considering several factors such as but not limited to:
number of residents and service types
total hours booked (half-day or full-day options)
travel distance
any other relevant setup requirements,etc.
- SMC is based in Belgium (Flanders, near the French border), so standard pricing typically applies to nearby locations. For facilities farther away or special arrangements, pricing may differ. You’re encouraged to call and explain your situation, SMC will provide a clear quote. A standard price menu will also be available below for reference.
